I think with national legalization cannabis festivals will get smaller, but not necessarily go away all together. Right now you have a large number of people outside outside of the free states that go to these festivals as their vacation. With national legalization there wouldn’t be a need for such cannabis tourism. Though I still believe there will be smaller local/regional festivals for craft growers to showcase their product. Much in the same sense of beer festivals.
