And since medical weed is legal in Michigan, how are they gonna enforce that law? You’re “medically cleared” to be under its influence. Worry more about those driving on painkillers, anti-psycotics, etc. ….. The roads in all 50 states are full of drivers hooked on pills. Why no test for them? I’ve got a 62 year old brother that drives regulary on Xanax, Norcoat and Vicodin. All at the same time. His driving scares me shitless. Bouncing off of curbs. Powerbraking into intersections. Tailgating on the highway. Him and others like him are more of a danger the the populous than anybody on weed. I ride with him only when I have no other options. And worse? His son’s a cop, and he’s friends with all the cops in the town I live in. Nobody’ll listen to me about it.
